Laurent Hincker was called to the Strasbourg bar in 1971. He is a specialist in European Law, Human Rights Law, Criminal Law and Family Law. He has also, over the years, sustained other significant activities.

The international dimension of the practice, namely in the field of Human Rights Law and of International Family Law, has been favoured by privileged geographical situation of Strasbourg within Europe and by the presence in the city of the European court of Human Rights.

Having furthermore obtained the title of Rechtsanwalt, Laurent Hincker has been able to develop his competence concerning Legal council in the field of Franco-German Law.

In order to meet the demands of Procedure in European Human Rights Law and in International Private Law, Mr Hincker has gathered a team of young Lawyers, with adequate legal competences and good command of several languages comprising English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.

As a professor associated with several Universities, Laurent Hinckerhas alsoset up training schemes for professionals indiverse fields such as Human Rights Law (training for lawyers and judges) or the legal implications of the confrontation of violence by employees (in particular public transports and hospitals).
