Human rights

This activity holds a privileged position within the practice owing to the presence in Strasbourg of the European Court of Human Rights.

To meet the demands of procedure and of european Human Rights Law, a team of highly qualified lawyers surrounds Mr Hincker.

Today, this branch of activity covers approximatively a hundred cases within the practice. Petitions have been filed against number of countries, which refer to violations of most articles of the Convention.

- Monnet v France
- Prime minister Erbakan ( Refah partisi ) v Turkey
- UMO Ilinden v Bulgaria
- Préfet Bonnet v France ( pending )
